Course Description

The forum will provide an opportunity to discuss and share advanced challenges for the promotion of the health and medical care industry by inviting speakers from industry, government, politics, academia, and medicine from Japan and overseas to speak on a wide range of topics. The theme of this year’s forum is “How COVID-19 brought Transformation to the Medical and Healthcare Industry. We will discuss the history of how a single infectious disease can transform the existing framework of the medical industry and society, as out of necessity new business models and new lifestyles are being established in response to the demands of the new era. We will examine and discuss a breadth of important consequences of the pandemic.
